Chatbot Terms of Service

AGREEMENT. By interacting with the chatbot, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in these Chatbot Terms of Service as well as accept the associated Privacy Policy available on the website displaying or providing the chatbot. These Chatbot Terms of Service are in addition to any agreement you already have with the provider of the chatbot (the "Company"). When you interact with a member of staff instead of the chatbot, Sections 2-4 are not applicable.

1. RECORDING. All conversations with our chatbot, including but not limited to your name and email address, may be monitored, recorded and/or transcribed. This may be used for improving our chatbot and services, for the reasons you have provided the information. By interacting with the chatbot, you expressly agree to the recorded conversation and these uses, in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

2. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES. Our chatbot is AI-powered. It generates responses to the questions and issues you submit, but it can make mistakes. As a result, the answers may not be reliable, relevant, or accurate. Always use your judgment and check the information before you make decisions or act. If you see something wrong, inappropriate, questionable, or of legal concern, please report it to us. If you would like a member of our team to review a ticket, use the escalate button on the support portal.

3. DISCLAIMER. THE CHATBOT IS PROVIDED AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE CHATBOT USES THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS FOR WHICH WE DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY WHATSOEVER.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE COMPANY AND THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF USING THE CHATBOT RESPONSES. IN THE EVENT THAT THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR DAMAGES AND COMPANY'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM AGGREGATE OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD) IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM THE CHATBOT, EVEN IF THE REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

5. MODIFICATION OF TERMS. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
